Please read these consents and agreements before filling in the application form below.

I authorise the Property Manager to:

Collect, retain, and use this information for the purpose of assessing my creditworthiness and suitability for the tenancy.
Disclose information about me, whether collected from me directly or from any other source, to any other credit provider or any credit reporting agency for the purposes of providing or obtaining a credit report.
Obtain other information about me.

I understand that the credit reporting agency:

May hold my information on their credit reporting database and use it for providing credit reporting services, and they may disclose my information to their subscribers for the purpose of credit checking or debt collection.
As part of providing a credit report, may check the Ministry of Justice fines database for any overdue fines I may have.

I agree that if my application is successful, I will be required to pay one week's rent in advance and a bond equivalent to four weeks' rent before the tenancy starts. These payments must be made before the keys can be released.

Under the Privacy Act 1993, I have the right to request a copy of all information held about me and to request the correction of any incorrect information.

PLEASE NOTE:

A separate application form must be completed for each tenant applying for the property.
To be eligible to apply for a property, you must have either a driver’s licence or a passport.
Please ensure that you enter your correct driver’s licence number and three-digit version number or passport number.
If the information is incorrect, your score may be lower, which could reduce your chances of renting through us.
